Really great fridge

My experiance with my new LG refrigerator has been a very positive one so far I really appreciate the dual ice modes which provide me with more options for my ice needs. The extra 2 inches of depth also make a significant difference in terms of storage capacity. Additionally the knock-to-see feature is incredibly convenient allowing me to quickly check the contents of my refrigerator without having to open the door. The LG smart app has also been a game-changer for me. It allows me to adjust features and temperatures remotely which helps me to be more organized and efficient. I also appreciate the fact that the refrigerator has wheels making it easy to relocate during remodeling projects. While the touch controls on the ice and water machines took some time to adjust to as well as remembering that the door opening area was located under the doors i was quickly able to adjust after using it a few times. The refrigerator also has plenty of deep freezing space which is a great feature for storing bulky items. Overall I am extremely satisfied with my new LG refrigerator and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality and feature-rich appliance.

Very Spacious and Efficient

This thing is an absolute game-changer Weve always had issues with large leftovers drink pitchers and beer kegs not being able to fit into the fridge but those issues are a thing of the past with this 31 cubic ft fridge. The thinQ app is also really handy to have and know exactly whats going on from exact power consumption to knowing when my child grabbed a snack and accidentally left the door open. Additionally the Ice plus feature is nice to have in your arsenal if youre having friends come over. The only complaint I have is I dont know how to keep my kids from knocking on the window door to see the light come on 5 out of 5 stars I highly recommend this to anyone looking to upgrade their fridge.

The LG Refrigerator LF31S6360S is a beast. It has a total of 31 cubic feet of space and can hold food for a family of 4 and more It has two ice makers so you will always have plenty of ice. There is a slim icemaker right in the door for your go-to beverage fills and a bigger icemaker in the freezer to hold cubed ice for larger fills like a cooler or large pitcher. You can always turn the bottom ice maker off and remove the tray if you wanted more space. This fridge has a control panel inside where you can change your options such as turning on or off the ice makers the temperature of the firdge and freezer etc. It also has options for power saving. The right-hand side is a glass door which you can knock on twice ti have it light up and see what is in your door. This is a handy feature to quickly see where something might be prior to opening the fridge. You also have the option to just open the glass door to get out what is stored in the door rather than opening the entire fridge door saving energy. The inside back of the fridge is a metal panel which they claim helps to keep your firdge at a more even internal temperature. The water filter is hidden under the ice machine behind one of the door storage bins which I think is quite ingenious. Each drawer is very spacious and they slide very easy. The freezer also has an easy open handle to help pop the seal if the freezer has a slight vacuum seal. The pocket handles on the fridge doors and freezer also help to save size so the fridge doesnt stick out more than it needs to. This fridge also is compatible with the LG ThinQ app. You can see fridge trends when the doors are open and if the fridfge is making ice or not. I like how you have the option to change the door open chime as well. The stainless steel finish does show fingerprints pretty easily but they are easily wiped away with the suggested method of using a microfiber cloth and wiping with the grain horizontally across the door. All in all an excellent fridge.

Our 10 yr old fridge happened to die a couple weeks before getting LG Refrigerator LF31S6360S. So far we love it and absolutely no comparison to it. . Its very quiet easy to clean and a lot more room than our previous fridge. The only thing that we are a tad disappointed in is the shelving spacing. We usually keep 4 to 5 gallons of tea made because we go through it so fast. We didnt think to check out the shelves too deeply because never had this be an issue before. That many tea jugs makes me weary of using top shelf because of the weight so the only other option was taking out a shelf because if just moved it up would have a very narrow shelf thats not really good for much. So would be nice to have maybe one more row of the shelf edge and/or make them interchangeable on which side the shelves are on. Not a big deal but just something others may not really think about. Also like that has the ice maker in the door and freezer drawer that you can turn off as needed. Using the ThinQ app is new for me. I like that you can see the status of the Ice temps and status of the water/air filters. With the way cost of living is for everything its good to see the electricity usage also. I havent played with it much but saw where you can list the food in there also to manage its shelf life which will come in handy with leftovers. The instadoor is great for the frequent used items in our house which is usually condiments so not having to dig anymore. Right now we are happy with it.

All in one Advanced Refrigerator

After having waited almost 7 years I have finally made the upgrade. The new LG refrigerator is a great blessing with much need space. Its my first refrigerator where I have the entire upper portion dedicated to refrigeration and the bottom dedicated to the freezer section. The from glass section is such an ease for access to the frequently needed items. I am able to turn on the light using the double tap function to turn on the lights and access the section without needing to open the entire refrigeration helping save on cost and hassle of opening two doors. The depth of the refrigeration is much more than my previous appliance. The pull out section for the freezer is very spacious. The most useful feature of the refrigerator I happen to be using the most is the ThinkQ app. Gives me the peace of mind knowing how the appliance is functioning and always knowing the presence of the door position. With the app I am able to adjust the temperature dynamically. The number of shelves and the door shelfing is a plentiful. Its designed to accommodate the standard sized beverage cans bottle and other frequently bought/consumed grocery items. I am able to fit most of my glass and plastic jars which have weird dimensions.

I am absolutely loving this fridge I was able to fit everything I needed to in the fridge and still have a lot of space left It is the perfect size for our kitchen and doesnt feel too large or bulky. Surprisingly high quality

I am very surprised by the quality of this fridge. There is a lot more room than I expected. I really like the see through door. Especially since every family has that one member that will open the door and just stare at the food. This allows that but without losing all the cold out of the fridge. I would have liked to have more options for the levels of the shelves but I was able to come up with a configuration that works for me. I DO like that there are two large drawers in the middle instead of our older LG fridge that was setup similarly but had three drawers. So you HAD to open both doors to get into the middle drawer. Although the large lower drawer is still there and you have to open both doors but that makes more sense. The freezer is missing the little shelf on the door but with the overall size of the freezer its not really missed. The handles on the refrigerator doors are a little odd. You have to grab at either the top or the bottom of the door which makes sense to eliminate the unsightly handles but Im not sure if it really makes sense since functionality should really be over form. But ultimately this is minor and I REALLY like how the fridge looks like and it works very well. I also like that the controls are on the inside making the outside look a lot nicer. There is an app for it. At first I was like Why? But installed it and quickly realized that it enables you to install new software features and adjust settings on the fridge all from the comfort of your couch. I really do like it.

When we got this refrigerator I was impressed by the size. The funny thing is that I saw that it said that there were two ice makers but didnt realize one was in the lower freezer just adding to the ice cube supply. I feel like I can take on any barbeque with the amount of ice we are making in such a short amount of time. I personally havent used the ThinQ app but understand that it helps to customize settings with the features. The layout is very functional and somewhat customizable. I also like the see-through door and how kids can look through there initially before sitting there with the door open. Overall its an amazing refrigerator.

This refrigerator has a personality disorder if i turn it below 37 degrees it gets warmer instead of cooler. It never seems to run at the correct temperature I had a service call one time after the whole thing went got way too warm icecream melting etc. They said nothing was wrong so I guess I just have to hope it doesnt happen again.

My wife and I have been looking for a new fridge to replace our 11 year old fridge for quite some time. Our previous fridge stopped making ice and the internal water line didnt work either. It was time for an upgrade. The LG LF31S6360S refrigerator has been nothing short of amazing and were so happy to have it The water is always cold and the ice dispenser is fantastic. The ice refills itself every three to four hours so youll always have a constant supply of fresh water and ice. You have the option of ice cubes or crushed ice. The fridge will store the ice in the door or in the extra compartment in the freezer. You can also enable the built in Ice Plus feature if you need to make more ice in a hurry. The refrigerator also features built in Wi-Fi so you can connect the fridge to the LG ThinQ app for software and firmware updates. The app will also monitor your water and ice filter levels so you know when to replace them. My favorite feature of the LG LF31S6360S refrigerator is the InstaView Door-In-Door feature. You can simply tap on the glass to see whats in your fridge without opening it. This will help you save money in the long run because you wont have to open your fridge multiple times a day. Your family and friends will be in awe once you show off the InstaView Door-In-Door feature. The upgrade to the LG LF31S6360S refrigerator has been well worth it and I highly recommend it if you need a smart fridge with tons of storage space.

This feature can be turned on when needed and automatically turns off after 24 hours. Two new features from my old fridge are the indoor ice and water and the smart air filter system. The air filter effectively reduces odors no matter what food is in your refrigerator. The air and water filters are recommended to be changed every six months. LG InstaView Door-in-Door works with less force than I have seen on other manufacturers doors and allows instant viewing of your frequently used items. There are two things I am finding hard to get used to: the quietness of the refrigerator running It is so quiet I cannot tell when the compressor comes on compared to my old fridge and it works differently from my last model. Also coming from a traditional fridge door I keep grabbing the inside of one door instead of the top or the bottom to open the door. My only complaint is that when both doors are open and the left one closes first it is louder than the reverse. I assume the right door being closed first buffers the sound. It does not happen often but I notice more as this model is silent.

Absolutely awful customer service

I spend about 3 grand on a fridge and the icemaker doesnt work. I reach out to customer service and sit there troubleshooting the ice maker for over an hour before they tell me there is no tech in my area so I have to replace the part myself.. right. Then I get the part and it still doesnt work. So I call and then proceed to trouble shoot it with 3 different people spanning over 5 days Perfect I just waisted more of my time. Just for a supervisor to tell me we are gonna send this to our tech department and look for a tech in your area. AGAIN. The. When I told her I already went through this she says well thats all I can do. I told her I just want to process an RA so I can go get a different fridge that actually works from Lowes she says I cant do that until I go through this process again. So I say whatever. Its been 2 weeks now and finally got someone from tech department to reach out trying to make me troubleshoot for the 5th time. And when I told him what happened he informs me this The reason is the new version of the icemaker is wired differently and cant control the water valve. Customer service should have seen the service bulletin on the unit stating to replace the water valve and main board when replacing the craft icemaker and then proceeds to tell me I am going to need to PAY MORE MONEY in order to get the other parts that I will also have to install myself. Absolutely no way in heck am I gonna spend more money to fix a fridge that came to me not working. This should be something LG wanted to fix. Instead I get the run around they make me fix things myself like Im bob the builder and try and charge me to fix a defaulty product they sold me. I STILL am waiting to be contacted about processing an RA so I can get a different fridge and I am canceling my order for all the other LG appliances I was getting for my new kitchen. If you want a company that doesnt help you rectify a mistake on their end tries to get more money out of you makes you spend hours out of your time troubleshooting and fixing products by yourself just to also sit on the phone for more hours of them coming up with excuses on why they wont help you with an RA then LG is PERFECT FOR YOU

Love it especially the round ice cubes. Its great that it tells you right on the door inside temperatures of both the freezer and refrigerator. It will also tell you when the filters need changing.

Beautiful functional refrigerator Love the size and the door in door function. Two icemakers make it easy to always have enough on hand. The compatible Thinq app even let you know when ice bins are full. Being the slightly OCD person that I am Im thrilled that I can add expiration dates in my phone and Im reminded to either eat or dispose of food that is expiring
